
The MESCE auditorium buzzed with energy as INSPIRIA ’25, a beacon for budding entrepreneurs, united minds from across colleges, creating a crucible of innovation. This grand event, organised by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) of MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, was held on the 25th and 26th of February 2025. The event spanned two dynamic days, featuring workshops, talk shows, panel discussions, and more, catering to the diverse interests of approximately 150 participants. The inauguration ceremony set a formal and inspiring tone:
- Welcome Address: Mr. Abdul Raheem, Student Lead, IEDC MESCE, launched INSPIRIA ’25 with an open invitation, setting a tone of vibrant inclusion.
- Presidential Address: Dr. P R Sreemahadevan Pillai, Director, MESCE, sparked intellectual curiosity with an insightful address, laying the foundation for a journey of discovery.
- Inaugural Address: Mrs. Smitha P’s speech, a potent blend of insight and encouragement, ignited a fire of motivation in the participants.
- Felicitation Address: Mr. Harikrishnan, Nodal Officer, IEDC MESCE, extended heartfelt felicitations, honoring the esteemed guests and speakers.
- Vote of Thanks: Ms. Aysha Basheer CV, Student Lead, IEDC MESCE, closed the inauguration with a warm expression of gratitude.
- Token of Appreciation: Celebrating IEDC MESCE’s milestones, moments of past triumphs were showcased, culminating in the presentation of well-deserved tokens of appreciation.
The first day was a whirlwind of inspiration and engagement. Attendees dove into firsthand accounts from successful entrepreneurs, gaining invaluable insights into their journeys. An interactive ice-breaking session broke down barriers and fostered connections, setting the stage for collaboration. Attendees dove into Design thinking, equipping participants with a powerful problem-solving mindset. The air crackled with excitement as GRAHAM, NITC’s student band, closed day one with a high-energy performance.
DAY 2:
Day two transformed into a hub of hands-on learning, where participants mastered cutting-edge skills. Participants rolled up their sleeves in workshops on digital marketing, FabLab techniques, and AI chatbot development. Expert-led sessions provided unique perspectives on everything from budget travel to entrepreneurial strategies, empowering attendees with the tools and knowledge to turn their dreams into reality.
The Valedictory Ceremony, marking the conclusion of the event, included:
- Welcome Address: Ms. Aysha Basheer CV, Student Lead, IEDC MESCE, welcomed attendees to the valedictory, a celebration of INSPIRIA ’25’s impactful journey.
- Presidential Address: Mr. Harikrishnan, Nodal Officer, IEDC MESCE, reinforced the event’s lasting impact, solidifying its significance for all present.
- Special Address: Mr. Vishal SG delivered a captivating and inspiring address, leaving a lasting impression.
- Vote of Thanks: Ms. Fathima Nadwa Rameez, IPR Lead, offered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing genuine appreciation.
- Token of Appreciation: A special token, symbolising deep appreciation, was presented to Mr. Muhaimin of Fantacode, honoring his invaluable contribution.
INSPIRIA ’25 left an indelible mark, fostering a vibrant ecosystem of knowledge, connection, and inspiration, and solidifying MES College of Engineering’s position as a hub for entrepreneurial innovation.
