The session was designed to educate attendees about the significance of maintaining a strong and compelling LinkedIn profile. The session began with a heartfelt greeting from Mr Aqeel, the Chief Finance Officer of IEDC. Mr Abimel then stepped in to provide the attendees with an insightful and engaging sitting. The main focus was the importance of creating a personal brand that stands out. Practical advice on building and expanding professional networks and nurturing them was also given His expert guidance, from the basics to the most advanced techniques, equipped individuals with the tools and confidence needed to excel and kickstart as a student.
The session also covered a range of strategies from enhancing personal branding to leveraging key features of the platform for greater visibility. The most awe-struck insight was on how to make one’s profile clickable, searchable and approachable amongst the millions of profiles. He also showed how a good profile must be with a concise banner and intro. Following this, a Q&A session was also allotted, during which he provided thoughtful answers and strategies to address the doubts and questions raised. Mr. Aqeel, on behalf of the entire team, delivered the vote of thanks.
