The event was designed to enhance electoral awareness and promote women’s participation in the democratic process.
The session commenced with an introduction outlining the significance of informed civic engagement, with a particular emphasis on the empowerment of women. The principal address was delivered by Mr. Sivadasan V.V, Election Deputy Tahsildar, Ponnani, whose expertise provided attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the electoral process.
The event focused on elucidating the intricacies of electoral procedures and fostering a sense of civic responsibility. Mr. Sivadasan V.V. addressed pertinent queries and provided practical guidance, thereby empowering participants to exercise their democratic rights with confidence.
In addition to the informative session, we also conducted an online quiz, a ‘Ballot Quest’, and a debate. These interactive activities further engaged participants and reinforced key concepts related to electoral processes and civic engagement.
