On 12th February 2023, IEDC MESCE, as part of its annual flagship event Inspiria ’23, organized an entrepreneurial workshop called “Tri Wizards Competition“. The workshop was organized as a Pioneer Game of the Executive Committee (EXECOM) and aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the participants.
The event began with the delegation of participants being divided into groups. Each member of the EXECOM was assigned a group and provided a briefing about their roles. The participants were then briefed about the event, and their task was to come up with a proposal for a technical fest.
The participants were given a limited amount of time to brainstorm and present their ideas. They were encouraged to think outside the box and come up with unique and innovative ideas. The participants were asked to consider all aspects of the technical fest, from the theme and activities to the marketing strategy and budget.
Once the groups had finalized their proposals, a member from each group was chosen to form another group. This group was then tasked with presenting the final proposal. The presentations were judged by a panel of experts, including members of the IEDC MESCE.
The presentations were highly engaging, and the participants came up with a variety of unique and innovative ideas for the technical fest. The proposals included a range of activities, such as workshops, seminars, and competitions, and covered a variety of topics, from robotics to artificial intelligence.
The judges were impressed with the creativity and innovation displayed by the participants and praised the efforts of the IEDC MESCE in organizing such an engaging and educational event.
In conclusion, the Tri Wizards Competition was a highly engaging and informative workshop that helped to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the participants. The workshop was a great example of how to organize an entrepreneurial event and provided the participants with valuable insights into the process of event planning.
